Rockwool Material Manufacturing Process
Our rockwool material is produced through a high-temperature melting and fiberization process that guarantees exceptional quality and performance.
At over 1,500°C, raw rock material is melted into a molten state and then spun into fine, delicate fibers using centrifugal force. These fibers are carefully drawn, bonded, and refined through advanced textile equipment to form uniform, high-strength rockwool fibers.
The result is a durable, fire-resistant, and eco-friendly insulation material widely used in construction, hydroponic farming, and industrial thermal applications.
